Message 1. It happens, no real other metric on it.
2. They are the final Nissan revision, for our car it's the best option available. If buying a brand new one you should buy the 97+ one.
3. I would keep the clutch but consider buying a new disc (~$150)
4. The trans comes w. a fork and TOB installed and it is full of fluid. You should use the fluid that comes w. it. Replace it after 10-20K miles w. something else if you like, but definately use the Nissan fluid first. All you need to do is swap over your speed sendor and trans mount.
5. If you drag race, you will break parts. Simple fact.
6. Keep the shifter.
